Shout! Radio Services announced today it has transferred all rights and ownership of Acoustic Alternative Radio to DJC Media Group based in Charelstown, Indiana, USA.
The acqisition comes after serveral months of negotiations between the two companies. DJC Media has no plans to change any of the programming and special promotions now in place on the station.
Acoustic Alternative is powered by Shout! Radio Automation and the new owners will continue to utilize this powerful software package. The acquisition includes the domain name, acousticalternative.com, the website already in place, all stream and web hosting, and all content previously owned by Shout! Radio Services.
The station is fully licensed through Loudcity.net which includes all royalties through ASCAP, BMI and Sound Exchange. All programming will remain commercial free supported by the generous donations of the current listenership. The mission of the station will continue towards the support of Unsigned Musicians and the promotion of their hard work.
DJC Media Group has an extensive background in Artist Promotion and Internet Radio Broadcast.
